Heidi Raphael Named NYSBA's Next President and CEO

David Donovan announced in January that he would step down as President and CEO of the New York State Broadcasters Association after 15 years leading the organization. NYSBA has now found his successor in a name well-known to the industry: Heidi Raphael.
