Two years after his passing, Rush Limbaugh’s waterfront Florida mansion has sold for a Palm Beach-record $155 million. Property records show Limbaugh’s widow, Kathryn, quietly listed the combined three addresses through a trust last year.

The estate was shopped between $150 and $175 million. The previous record for the Palm Beach area’s biggest sale was $129.6 million in 2013, per the New York Post.

The 2.7 acre combined property includes Rush’s lavish 24,000-square-foot West Indies style main house. Limbaugh bought the land at 1495 North Ocean Boulevard, 1501 North Ocean Boulevard, and 108 Mediterranean Road in 1998 for $3.9 million. The talk radio behemoth decorated the home himself, modeling the interior after the Biltmore Estate, Versailles, and New York’s Plaza Hotel.

The Wall Street Journal reported the home could be razed to favor more modern architectural styles.
