In an SEC filing Thursday, the Saga Board of Directors said it was temporarily suspending its quarterly cash dividend due to the COVID-19 crisis. The company also says it is taking steps to save money including reducing capital spending and asking vendors for discounts. [read more]
 
 
The FCC previously issued a Notice of Apparent Liability to Gerald Sutton for operating an illegal radio station on 103.1-FM in Alma, Arkansas. Sutton ignored the NAL and now faces a $10,000 fine. The new order does not say whether or not Sutton is still broadcasting. [read more]
 
After two years of waiting, President Trump's pick to lead the agency that oversees Voice of America, Michael Pack, was finally approved recently. Pack showed up to the office this week and cleaned house. [read more]

Michelle Duke will lead the NAB's internal efforts to further equity and inclusion at all levels of the organization and elevate NAB's external role as a resource to members efforts to increase and promote diversity in the industry.
